Art 447 was founded by Chuen, who had his own views about hairdressing. After a decade of experience in hairdressing he is ready to welcome you and offer the best experience. For him hairdressing is much more than just a job: it is a form of art where ways of expression can take many forms.
Chuen
Chuen has always wanted to open his own salon where he would incorporate the techniques, beliefs and values he gives to hairdressing. His career began at the age of 16, and since then he has worked at many salons in Amsterdam and Hong Kong. Chuen is an all-round hairstylist who enjoys working with various kinds of styles and techniques. He focuses on highlighting the best features of his clients while taking their style into account. Precision and attention to detail are some of his top qualities as a hairstylist. He finds inspiration in rediscovering classical styles, while reworking the meaning of ‘classic’ and making it trendy once again. He believes that a good haircut can be a real confidence booster. Chuen is curious to learn and is continuously updating his technique by following international hairdressing educational courses. He always says: be motivated, be inspired and be educated.
